This report reflects a period of resilience, innovation and renewed ambition at The Girls’ Network. As the impact of the pandemic and the pressures facing schools and communities continued to shape the lives of girls and young women, we adapted and expanded our offer to meet their evolving needs - from piloting online mentoring to redesigning resources and introducing group mentoring. We also navigated financial challenges, strengthened our leadership, and laid the foundations for a bold new chapter.

We’re proud to share the progress we’ve made and the difference our community of girls, mentors, ambassadors, partners and supporters continue to drive. As Sue Rimmer OBE, Chair of Trustees, writes:
