What we do

Our mission

Our mission is to inspire and empower girls from the least advantaged communities by connecting them with a mentor and a network of professional female role models

Why we do it

We believe

that no girls should have their futures limited by their gender, ethnicity, background, or parental income

We believe

that all girls should be supported to realise their ambitions, to discover their self-worth, and to develop their capacity to shape their world and their future

How we do it

We partner with secondary schools and colleges across Greater London, Sussex, Portsmouth, the West Midlands, Greater Manchester, the North East, Tees Valley and Liverpool City Region, to match girls aged 14-19 with a volunteer mentor who is a woman. All our mentors go through an application process and are trained by us in mentoring and safeguarding. Once girls complete their year-long mentoring journey, they graduate and access membership to a lifelong Ambassador Programme.
