Become a corporate partner

Our corporate partnerships make a real difference to the lives of the girls and young women in our network, whether they are mentees or ambassadors.

We work with businesses of all sizes and across multiple sectors from well-known retailers and leading FMCG brands to financial services, the media, SMEs and public service providers. Each partnership is tailored to the individual company, brand and the impact they want to make, but ultimately they are aimed at securing unlimited futures for all young women.

Membership programmes

Our annual membership programmes offer a variety of broad access channels for partners including:

  • Opportunities for employees to train and volunteer as mentors
  • Participation in our mentee workshops
  • Panel discussions
  • Conference events
  • Access to our Ambassador Community
  • Impact metrics reporting
  • Staff presentations
  • Skill sharing
  • Internships
  • Sponsorship
  • Partner networking events

Partnerships with us demonstrate your organisation's commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion for young women in your workplace.

Our Bronze and Silver level partnerships offer a full range of opportunities for organisations to work closely with us throughout the year on a national basis.

Other corporate partnership types

From corporate donations and gifts in kind, to event sponsorship, employee fundraising, payroll giving and cause related marketing, charity of the year partnerships, and volunteeering, there are many ways that companies can partner with us.

We are extremely proud of the wide range of collaborations across England. We would like to thank our dedicated corporate partners for helping us give every girl and young woman we work with the chance to be empowered and inspired to take the next steps in their future careers.

If you would like to discuss how your organisation might partner with us, please email or call 07498 049579.
