We value diversity, promote equality and challenge discrimination. We are developing a cross-organisational Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy. We are a proud supporter of Show the Salary and The Halo Code.

We want to ensure that our team is inclusive and representative of the girls we work with. For that reason we particularly welcome applications from women who identify with one or more of the following: being from a low-income family, have received free school meals/16-19 bursary, first in your family to go to university, identify with being Black, Asian or from an ethnic minority background.

Ambassador Community Lead

Do you want to make a difference to the lives of girls and young women in England? We are looking for someone with youth experience to lead our new and growing Ambassador Community. The Girls' Network provides an award-winning mentoring scheme for girls aged 14-19, and the Ambassador Community is the next stage in that journey.

The role is home based, but you will be able to travel to London regularly to meet with the wider team, and to our other regions for events or as needed.

This role closes at midnight on Tuesday 7th June. Read the job description and find instructions on how to apply, here.
