Alongside their business, they are committed to advancing social equity in communities through initiatives like ROAD Forward, which supports early childhood development, youth health and wellness, and career and college preparation. Since 2021, Enterprise Mobility has partnered with The Girls’ Network, supporting our mission to connect girls with mentors, broaden horizons, and build confidence to help them achieve their full potential. In 2025, The Girls’ Network became a key partner of the ROAD Forward initiative, supported by a grant commitment through 2030. Through online workshops and careers days, as well as the opportunity to apply for internships, they gain insight into the world of work and the chance to speak with a wide range of people in different careers. These touchpoints give Enterprise Mobility volunteers the opportunityto partner with and mentor young women. Enterprise Mobility’s support shows how organisations can play a pivotal role in empowering girls and young women. By sharing expertise and creating meaningful experiences, they are helping young women see their potential and build the skills, confidence, and ambition to pursue careers in a wide range of industries.
