You can partner with The Girls' Network by, for example:

Setting up a bespoke mentoring programme. We can train women in your organisation to mentor a teenage girl, and match them with a school who may otherwise struggle to access our impactful programme. This is an enriching opportunity for your employees, providing professional and leadership development. It is also beneficial for your company by increasing employee engagement and helping to create a diverse talent pipeline

Running a round table event or a workshop in your offices. This will be focused solely on you and your business, and is a way to introduce your sector and expertise to a pipeline of young talent who may not otherwise hear about what you do or how to work for you

Setting up a booth or stall at one of our existing events, giving your employees a chance to talk 1:1 with mentees and ambassadors, introducing your work, sharing information on your recruitment process, and raising awareness of your brand

Organising volunteering days and fundraising activities at your work.

Donating to The Girls' Network is quick and easy. Any amount can help us reach our mission of unlimited futures for all young women. Research shows that the biggest impact on our career choices and expectations about the careers we might enter into is from the professionals we have contact with. That's why mentoring can change the lives of teenage girls across the UK, challenging stereotypes and expectations.
